Hey everyone. I know you guys may (or may not) feel let down by what coach said today, but if you really think about it.. it is so true. I mean, when we don't take training seriously, obviously our "skill level" drops, so does our stamina.. and that doesn't make us really.. ah.. good badminton players. I mean, obviously everyone has heard about the phrase "there is no success without hardwork". And this is so very true! Example, if you don't study hard you can't expect yourself to pass with the results you want. I know you guys dont really like this but seriously, if you guys stop to think.. if you guys compare your training with other schools, it is much more slacked now as compared to since we were sec 1. Guys, i know that coach may be quite annoying at times when he scolds us, or becomes sacarstic, but can you guys train properly? Not for coach but more for yourself. I mean, you dont go for training just to see coach right? You guys come for fun and you come to train. So can you guys draw a line between when you should train and when you guys can talk?

I would really appreciate it if you guys try to work hard during trainings?

There is only one more week left till the exams are over so hang in there. The pain of mugging will go away in one week (: so the only pain left is when you get back the papers. Ok, i should shut up now cause I don't think it's helping. okok, byebye
